Hi, I’m Jen! I'm a designer from New York City. My expertise is in UX design and product design, and I come from a graphic design background, having studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology. As a designer in the tech industry, I work to constantly improve and iterate, stay on top of trends, and make usability as seamless as possible. Design is constantly evolving, and it’s something I’ve always been passionate about.
My most recent work was as a Senior Product Designer at VTS, a SAAS company for the commercial real estate industry. In my last few years at VTS, I worked on many different initiatives, from designing an entirely new commercial real estate marketplace (think Zillow for commercial real estate) to improving our landlord brokers’ customer experience when marketing their space. My work has helped gain new customers, and retain loyal customers as well by giving them high value products. I’m involved in the entire product engineering life cycle, including researching, brainstorming/collaborating with teammates (designers, product managers, developers, etc.), sketching, wireframing, prototyping, producing high-fidelity, detailed designs and assets, user acceptance testing, running squad rituals, and managing stories. I strive for perfection as I solve complex user problems, help break down project goals with my teammates, and always ensure usability and consistency with beautiful design.
